If your file did not start downloading "Click here to download"

When you click the link to download choose one of the following options:

Open ("Run this program..."): The installation will start automatically once the download is complete and will guide you through setting up your account.

Save: You will need to choose where to save the installation program. After the download is complete click on "Open" to launch the installation. Or if you choose to install the program later, go to the directory where you downloaded the file and double click on the install program.

After the program installs, click run to register your account and start your free trial of the service. The installation will walk you through customizing your software for your particular requirements. Help is available throughout if you need additional information on any screen.

Your User Information:

As part of the installation, you will be asked for information about yourself. Please ensure that this information is correct. Your e-mail address will be used to contact you regarding the continuation of the service and billing options. In addition, we monitor our accounts and if we detect a potential problem or lack of backups being performed, we will contact you through your e-mail address.

Any personal information you choose to share with us will not be disclosed to anyone outside of BackUp Solutions, Inc. We will never exchange or sell your personal information to any other company.
