1. How to cancel an account
When you order a CD of your backups, you will receive a copy of all files associated with your account number. We are not able to offer selected files or dates.
If you wish to cancel your backup account with BackUp Solutions, send a request to Support. You account will be canceled within the next few business hours and you will receive a confirmation by return e-mail.
2. What happens to your stored backups
BackUp Solutions through Connected Corporation retains your data for a courtesy period of 30 days, after which time they are deleted and will no longer be recoverable. We strongly recommend you order CD(s) of your archives. Learn how to order your archives on CD here.
3. When is the last bill charged
Billing ceases immediately upon cancellation of an account. You will not receive any charges after your account has been canceled. If you have paid in advance, your will receive a refund by check for the pro-rata amount due based on the remaining period.
