Make sure your current software is completely removed from the computer. If you are transferring the account from another computer, uninstall the software on the old computer to avoid errors in your backups.
If you do not have access to your account information (account number, encryption key or password) send an email to support@backuphelp.com. Account information will only be emailed to the address registered in the software.

Installation
Instructions:
Download and run the appropriate setup file for your account.
After installing the software you will then be prompted for your account
number, encryption key and password. The encyrption key is case sensitive.
The backup software will then connect to the Data Center
and reestablish your account. Three configuration files
will be downloaded that contain your personal information
and backup settings, and then a list of all files that
have been backed up to the data center will be retrieved.
Once this is complete, you will be taken into the Retrieve
View in the software. At this time you have the option
of retrieving some or all of your previously backed-up
files. If you do not wish to retrieve anything at this
point, you can simply exit the software.
