1. What's on a CD and how do I use it?
When you order a CD of your backups, you will receive a copy of all files associated with your account number. We are not able to offer selected files or dates.
2. How to order a CD of your backups
If you have access to the BackUp Solution software, you can request CD's from the menu item Operations/Order CD.
You can also send a request to support@backuphelp.com or call us at 714-532-5154.
3. What CD's cost
The BackUp Solution backup software states a cost of $24.95 per CD, plus Shipping and Handling. Currently, the actual price is less: $24.95 for a set of 3 CDs. If more CDs are required to hold your total backups, there is a charge of $20 for each additional CD. S&H is a flat rate, regardless of the number of CDs in your order.

Each CD holds about 650 MB of compressed data. To get an estimate of the number of CDs needed to hold your account backups, send an e-mail to support@backuphelp.com asking for an estimate.
Note, it is not possible to selectively include specified files on a CD. A CD order includes all the files that are stored at the Backup Data Center for your account number. Prices are subject to change. |
